Apple Crisp II
My family loved it. The recipe says yeild is a 9x13 pan. With 8 servings, There didn't semmto be enough crust for a pan that large. I made it in a large pie plate.

Apricot Ginger Game Hens
These were wonderful. Moist and juicy. I used my kitchen shears to cut them in half and it was relatively easy. Both the adults and children loved them.
