I am so proud of myself...with your recipe (and the tips of other reviewers) I was able to make a wonderful bread that my whole family enjoyed! I proofed the yeast and played with the spices a bit, but didn't change anything else. This was my first real attempt at bread and I have to say I did a fine job! Thank you!!!
