Baby Spinach Omelet
not bad; I'm not a big fan of the quiche flavor to begin with, so that loses the 5th star.

Sausage and Bow-tie Pasta Florentine
I did this recipe except with tomato sauce (my husband doesn't do cream sauces). It turned out really well, although it might be better with mild italian sausage--I think the acidic sauce kicked up the spiciness a little too much.
