Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze
I'm disappointed by how this turned out. The sauce never thickened, even after simmering/boiling for quite some time. The orange masked the maple flavor (I had gone out to buy a bottle of real maple syrup, too). The chicken was dry after being on the stove for so long. I will not be making this again.

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair
I loved this- tasted something like you would get at a fancy Italian restaurant! I used penne instead of angel hair and sauteed the chicken with the garlic (used 4 cloves instead of 1) and onion. I also used about 3T of tomato paste, and also added some oregano, dry white wine, and spinach for more complex flavor and texture.
