Easy Apple Crisp

This was so good and I don't usually like apple crisp!!! I used 1/2 cup water and tossed the apples in cinnamon and nutmeg. Turned out wonderful! Will definitely use the recipe again! So easy to make too!

Oh So Tender Brisket

I cooked the brisket for 6 1/2 hours and it was SO dry! I should have known that I needed to add a gravy sauce or something or else it would dry out. Definitely won't use this recipe ever again! What a waste of a briskett!
