When my twins arrived 3 months early, I found myself suddenly home with them and nothing to do! I am really getting excited about my dishes! I never knew cooking could be this fun! I love to do differnt things with chicken, casseroles, and desserts! My Mother always cooked things for our family with no onions or garlic at the request of my Father who HATES that stuff. I never even knew what these flavors tasted like until I experienced them on my own. I still have a fondness for my Mom's bland lasagna! The first thing I ever made for my boyfriend Travis (mustard chicken) came out PERFECT! Now we are married with twins! I guess it was pretty good!! I tried to make a Spiderman birthday cake for my son Adam... although it was edible, it did NOT look like spiderman at all! He was turning 5 so I think he thought it was great anyway.
