Butternut Squash Fries
I cooked sweet potato fries with them and told my toddlers they were orange fries. We gobbled them up.

Buttermilk Pie IV
I used 1 3/4 cup sugar and it was still too sweet. With even less, this could be 5 stars. Very good.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I prefer it with half oil/half applesauce and half white/half brown sugar. This one is so moist, I like it better without nuts. I usually love nuts in all sweet breads.
