Aunt Hazel's Apple Oatmeal Cookies
Delicious. A new family favorite. I had no walnuts on hand so I used finely crushed peanuts and the flavor made me think of a carmel apple covered in peanuts. Also, instead of cinnamon, I used a cinnamon blend from The Pampered Chef and added some of that in the icing. Very good!!

Pumpkin Pancakes
Some said not to thin the batter with milk, but they were just too thick for my liking. Added just a bit more milk and was very happy with the result. A delicious, hardy fall breakfast!

Savory Grilled Potatoes
easy and delicious. This has become a summertime staple in my family. I love that it can be prepared ahead of time!
