Blueberry Cream Muffins
This will be my family's blueberry muffin standard. Light and delicious. I substitute about half whole wheat flour. So good!

Gingerbread Men
Excellent cookies and great for making with kids because there are just enough in the recipe that they don't get tired of making them!! I had instant vanilla pudding on hand so that's what I used. I also doubled the ginger to give it a little more quick and it was still palatable for little ones. This one will become a Christmas standard in my house!!

Aunt Hazel's Apple Oatmeal Cookies
Delicious. A new family favorite. I had no walnuts on hand so I used finely crushed peanuts and the flavor made me think of a carmel apple covered in peanuts. Also, instead of cinnamon, I used a cinnamon blend from The Pampered Chef and added some of that in the icing. Very good!!
