Clam Sauce with Linguine
I loved this dish. I was a little hesitant to use canned clams but this dish was excellent. The only advice I have is to omit the salt. The canned clams has enough salt to make the dish very tasty!!!

Shrimp Lollipops with Pineapple Chili Dipping Sauce
we changed the recipe--we used pork instead of shrimp meat and it was delicious. It's definetly a keeper and the sauce was perfect.

Seafood Cioppino
I loved this recipe. It's so easy to make and you can substitute ingredients for stuff you have around the house. You can use whatever seafood you like and it's great served in a bread bowl.
