Gobble Up Granola Snacks
Pretty good and a great quick snack! The only thing I was confused about is it calls for raisins but never says when to put them in - I didn't realize until I finished pressing it into the pan that an ingredient was missing. Hm. But still good even without the raisins. Next time we'll add some fruit and probably some chocolate chips :)

Sweet Potato Casserole II
this was fantastic and just as I remember Sweet Potato Casserole should taste! I didn't use orange juice as recommended by other reviewers. I also added some vanilla and used 2 cans of sweet potatoes instead to save my sanity. It came out perfect! This is definitely going in my recipe box. Thank you for the basics!

Delicious Stroganoff
This was excellent! I have never made stroanoff and didn't realize I should put this over noodles or rice or something - so we just ate it as it was...it was fantastic. Mine turned out soupy but I think I didn't let it simmer long enough to thicken. Otherwise, very very tasty. I loved it!
