Gingerbread Men Cookies

The recipe was easy to put together, but like another person mentioned, the dough was crumbly. Once it harden, it was great, but I did need a lot of flour on my surface so the dough wouldn't stick and break. Overall, good recipe.

Corn Tortilla Chips

I found this recipe yesterday and thought I would give it a try for a party last night. Was wonderful!! Very quick and easy to make. I baked rather than fried and lightly salted the chips before baking. I can see using different seasonings to make different flavors. Thank you for the recipe!!

Pancakes

These were the absolute best basic pancake I've ever made, including the packaged kind. Really light and fluffy. I didn't have self rising flour so I just mixed in 1.5 tsp baking powder and .5 tsp salt. Delish!!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

I'd been debating over a few sugar cookie recipes and chose these because I saw pictures of some that were used with cutters. Tried and it and absolutely loved it. Was very quick and easy to put together and didn't require too long to be chilled to roll out. Will make these again and again. *Edit: Needed a quick sugar cookie recipe for my daughter's birthday tomorrow and whipped these up at 10:30pm and took 20 minutes. Love it!!

Tortillas II

It was different than what I thought, but easier to make than I thought. I rolled my dough out paper thin, but when it cooked up it had alot more bread on the inside. Not sure if that was supposed to happen or not. It tasted very good otherwise, but it's kinda like a wrap, not a tortilla. I will make again.

Easy Granola Bars

EXCELLENT!! This is a very good base for granola bars. I made a half batch because I didn't know whether I'd like it or not, but forgot and put in a whole can of sweetend condensed milk. Came out great even with the mistake. I added 1/2 cup raisins in place of almonds and a little less than a 1/3 cup of choc chips - rather have more fruit than choc. Will make again and will experiment with other mix ins.

Easier Chicken Marsala

Liked it very much.. but giving 4 stars because the sauce was alittle thinner than I wanted. Overall very good!! Hubby wanted it for his birthday and he LOVED it.. even had leftovers for lunch the next day.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

I don't remember having to change anything when making this doughnut. It was very delicious. I cut out bunny ones for our Easter breakfast. Made glazed and cinn/sugar ones. Mmmm.. can't wait to make again.

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting

I'm giving this 4 stars because the first time I made it I did what others suggested with half butter half shortening. It was still a little greasy for my taste so the second time I made it I halved the recipe and did 3/4 butter and 1/4 shortening. Came out much better, less greasy. Otherwise, very good recipe and very quick to whip up.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

I was surprised by this recipe. Maybe I used the wrong kind of brown sugar, but my fudge came out a really dark brown color instead of the light color the picture shows. I also thought it tasted like a no bake cookie without the oatmeal. Don't get me wrong I thought it was good, but not what I was expecting.
