Hi! I'm recently married. I grew up in British Columbia, and now live in California with my husband. I LOVE baking deserts...i have a major sweet tooth and anything with chocolate is great! I also have been trying a lot of new recipes, mainly flavourful stir-frys and other asian/indian flavours as well as my favourite..Italian...anything pasta is great for me :) Every year at Christmas we go crazy with the baking and make all our faourites treats to eat all season long...its great! Trying new things, and having them work out. I love it when others enjoy my food...I am especially happy when my husband totally likes something and can't get enough! He once requested cajun tasting chicken, so i looked up the spices invovled, mixed them together and he LOVED it, now whenever we grill chicken he requests the cajun spices! I've had lots....but the biggest one is when i made these double chocolate cookies and put 1/2 Cup of salt in.(Dont ask why) They were TERRIBLE. very hard. very dry. VERY salty, and burnt.
