Apple Butter Pork Loin
I used a 2.5 lb pork chop and only 1 1/2 juice. After putting on the sauce (after the first hour) I only cooked it for another 15 min and it came out very tender and moist. Other Modifications: Peach butter instead of Apple butter Apricot necter instead apple juice. We will definately will make this again.

Apple Butter Cookies
I took the advice of a previous reveiwer and substituted 1/4 cup of shortening instead of butter, and the cookies did not over spread and turned out well. I also used peach butter instead of apple butter with almonds and raisons. They came out soft with a texture more muffin or cakelike then traditionally cookie like. The taste reminded me a bit of carrot cake. They are little different but still good.

Strawberry Brownies
The brownie is nice and chewy, however the moist fruit pieces tend to leave mushy spots which gives it an odd, un-brownie like texture. I'd reccomend just using the puree in the batter and upping the amount just enough to make it easy to blend.
