Fluffy Pancakes

Sooo excellent... make just the way it says but make sure you cook a little longer than a regular pancake or you may get a gooey center. AMAZING!

Creamy Banana Bread

OH my soo good! I substituted half of the white sugar for brown sugar. ( Cream cheese and brown sugar are amazing together) I didnt have nuts and my family doesnt like cinnamon type things too much so I sprinkled peanut butter and chocolate chips in the layer instead... OUTSTANDING~

Cake Balls

This recipe was just ok to me. The process of dipping the balls was extreemly messy, time consuming and in the end the flavor was just ok. I used chocolate fudge cake and peppermint frosting and dipped in both chocolate and vanilla almond bark. I am glad others have had such amazing success, but this recipe was just not for me.

Cake Mix Cookies VIII

These cookies are amazing! My son picked lemon cake mix with white chocolate chips and we grated some lemon zest in the dough and he won a blue ribbon at the fair. Not to mention appreciation of my co-workers when I took some to work.

Pumpkin Butter

I cut the spices in half all the way around on the second batch. The first batch seemed almost bitter to me and didnt have a great pumpkin taste.

WOW!! good recipe mini choco chips must...add a bit more milk/water to reach the right consistancy and it does take a bit longer to cook.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

My family went goo-goo for this cookie. I loved the size as it worked great for my husband's co-workers. I thought I tasted a bit of soda, but my husband said he didn't. I may try some of the peanut butter chips with the choco chips next time too. YUMMO!

Cheesy Potato Salad

I made some alterations to this recipe that suited our family and others have loved it! I left out the sugar and used Miracle Whip instead, I too also used real bacon, and to give it a punch added cayenne pepper to the seasoning, just for a bit of a bite.

Applesauce Cake III

I loved this recipe! I have a girl in my daycare that is allergic to eggs and this was perfect as a special snack for the kids! I substituted half of the sugar for splenda and it came out great. I also used my own home canned applesauce, which was a bit dry, so I added a 1/4 cup of water. My husband dislike frosting and this was great in his lunch with out any. Thank you!

Easy Pork Chop Casserole

My family really liked this, I liked how easy it was. I used Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom with reduced sodium. I think otherwise it would have been much too salty as others have mentioned.
