Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting
Best chocolate frosting I've found so far! Wanted to eat it with a spoon! Just added extra icing sugar until it was stiff enough to pipe a border.

Applesauce Cake IV
Made this for my hubby who said it was definately "a contender". He found the spices just right. My only complaint was that it didn't rise hardly at all, but that's probably something I did.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Very very good. Followed the recipe to the letter, except made the cookies much much smaller than suggested. Taste and texture is excellent. The only drawback I found was that they turn out too thin. Will definately make again, except I wil add more baking powder.
