Yummy!! everyone loved it. Reminds us of one of the chinese food dishes that we order in. It's called General Tso's chicken but its coated in batter. This is much healthier. I doubled the sauce, very glad I did, there was enough to pour the chicken/sauce over rice. I also used a whole red pepper sliced up, cooked it a little then took it out, floured the chicken and cooked it and then added the red pepper back in and then added the sauce. I didn't double the hot sauce/tobasco, I used 1 1/2 tbsp because not everyone can handle the heat, it was just right for us, there was a little kick but not too much. I didn't have fresh ginger so I used 1 tsp powdered ginger. I didn't add any salt at all and forgot the pepper but didn't miss it. Will be making this regularly. Thanks so much!!!
