Next time we will add chopped jalepenos. I added extra meat which took away from the level of spice, won't do that again unless I have more fajita spice or I will make my own from this site.

Yummy!! everyone loved it. Reminds us of one of the chinese food dishes that we order in. It's called General Tso's chicken but its coated in batter. This is much healthier. I doubled the sauce, very glad I did, there was enough to pour the chicken/sauce over rice. I also used a whole red pepper sliced up, cooked it a little then took it out, floured the chicken and cooked it and then added the red pepper back in and then added the sauce. I didn't double the hot sauce/tobasco, I used 1 1/2 tbsp because not everyone can handle the heat, it was just right for us, there was a little kick but not too much. I didn't have fresh ginger so I used 1 tsp powdered ginger. I didn't add any salt at all and forgot the pepper but didn't miss it. Will be making this regularly. Thanks so much!!!

I had not had this type of dinner for a long time. It was pretty much what I expected.

Doubled recipe. Used baking soda instead of baking powder as suggested. Also only had walnuts, still awesome. Everyone loved it!!!!

I cut the tenderloin into cubes. I did drain the beans because I read it cuts down on the "gas factor". Next time I will but the meat into strips. Everyone loved it!!!

It was good but I think I used too thick chicken, thinner would be better. I just laid then on a cookie sheet thickly spread mayo, sprinkled garlic powder and italian seasoning followed by crushed corn flakes. Used less than one cup mayo for four big chicken breasts.

Used fresh spinach, just sauted it with olive oil and the garlic. Added 4 oz.(half package) cream cheese. Used ricotta instead of of cottage cheese. everyone liked it a lot. thanks!!

Used two med. size potatoes, 2 carrots, and leftover prime rib roast. Also did a double crust pie. Added about a cup of leftover gravy also. Very good, hubby loved it.

I should have waited to put the dressing on just before serving but I did it a few hours before. The dressing absorbed into the pasta and the flavour was weak after I did that. It made too much for 5 people and we had lots of leftover so it would have absorbed anyway but it would have been better it I served it right have adding dressing. We all thought it was "good" but I am moving on to the next recipe, too many to try.

Followed recipe exactly. Very good even my teenagers gobbled this one up. Overall though I still prefer caesar salad supreme from this website.

I followed the recipe exactly. I had great difficulty spreading the cream cheese mixture over the top, it would sink. Didn't even come close to covering them. The cake mix baked right over the top. The cream cheese was in the middle of cupcakes. I will refrigerate them and see how they taste. I guess if I had two packages of cream cheese it would have helped being able to cover properly.

I over cooked the pork, it was dry. I took it out at 170. Put the potatoes back in over for 15 mins at 400 and they were nice and brown. Good dinner but next time i would take the meat out earlier. Very lean piece of meat, dries out quickly.

Used fresh pasta sheets, no boiling required. Had enough sauce to make one large and one small tray. Thanks!!!!

It was good but the red onion was overpowering, next time I just wont use as much.

it was good but we all thought it could use a little spice or something to give it more flavour, maybe hoisen sauce or more soy, something. I will read more of the reviews to see what others did. Put 4 cups of spinach in because 6 seemed like a lot but it shrivels tons, next time we will use the 6 cups.

Used pecans instead of walnuts. excellent!! Used large paper cups and I got 16 muffins. Teenagers loved them.
