Maryland Crab Soup
This is almost identical to the recipe my family has used for years. One of the main differences is that I add 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1 Tbsp. of Worchestire sauce. It may sound strange but it really gives it a "richer" flavor!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This recipe is so easy and is sooo good!! I usually try to follow the recipes as posted, but didn't want to make a special trip to the store, so I just used what I had on hand. As suggested by other reviews, I threw in the chicken breasts raw and shredded them about an hour before it was done. I also used two cans of chicken broth and no water. I didn't have corn or black beans, but I did have a jar of Ortega black bean & corn salsa, which I used in place of the tomatoes and onions. WOW! Also added a pinch of cayenne pepper in place of the chilis. Served with fresh slices of avacado, sour cream and crushed, store bought tortillas!! Will definitely make this again!!
