Ranger Cookies III
I made these yesterday, and they made a really good cookie! They are like oatmeal cookies with goodies in it, but are much better than your regular oatmeal cookie. I don't know what made them better, maybe the pecans and coconut. Anyway, they are chewy, substantial cookies! I liked them!!

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler
Exceptional peach cobbler! I have been searching for years for a REAL peach cobbler. Everything nowadays is biscuit-y or cake-y. I wanted a real cobbler with pastry. This fills the bill very well. It is great as is, but for the second one I made, I looked in my refrigerator and saw some whipping cream and on a whim replaced the lemon and orange juice with the whipping cream. It was incredible! This is a great recipe! Next time I'm going to try it with blackberries!!

Pecan Sour Cream Pound Cake
This was an incredible cake!! I baked it for our company bake sale and had rave reviews! I used the ground pecans in the batter, as suggested, and it was really delicious! The pecans in the pan, plus the glaze, gave a wonderful light crunch to the outside of the cake. I'm going to make this for my Thanksgiving meal. Thanks for sharing this wonderful cake!!
