Artichoke Chicken
I made this and it was a hit! The only thing I added was some mozarella & provolone cheese because I wanted to use it up. I gave it to a friend and she said it was a hit too. I also put the mixture on haddock and added some capers and fresh lemon and it was another hit! Thanks for a quick and fabulous meal!
