Andrea's Pasta Fagioli
This was awesome!! A crisp autumn day, and hot soup - perfect. I didn't realize that I did not have a large can of tomato sauce so used the small can I had, then added two cans of stewed tomatoes and one can of diced tomatoes. This one is a keeper!

Bow-Tie Pasta With Red Pepper Sauce
Very good. Next time would add some red pepper flakes and fresh garlic to give this dish a little more flavor and zip. Will make again.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta
Followed recipe exactly except for using fresh basil. Way too dry - even after adding additional oil and wine. And the pound of pasta was overload. A full package of feta cheese (6oz) was also too much for our taste. With some tweaking, this could be very good.
