The cupcakes are phenomenal! They are nowhere near muffin status. They are light and just sweet enough ( I cut the sugar down to 1 c. because I topped it with a Banana rum buttercream). They are very much cake like not dense at all like a muffin or banana bread. They have an excellent banana flavor (the recipe calls for mashed bananas but I pureed them because I didn't want chunks, and that worked out great) Try this recipe you won't regret it!

These cookies are indeed tasty but are far from the delectable chocolate chip cookie taste I was looking for. They have a sort of very fine grainy texture. They taste like a fluffy version of sugar cookie with chocolate chips thrown in. They also hold their shape so if you put them on the sheet in a ball they sort of stay puffy.

Superb! I am giving this recipe a four because I didnt try to roll them out I just rolled it up and put in the freezer and cut from that. The taste is great, don't overcook they will be hard. Will use this recipe over and over
