Red Velvet Cupcakes
This is a great recipe. I frosted them with a whipped cream cheese frosting (recipe from allrecipes). They only thing I didn't like was the amount of red food coloring required, I scaled back a bit and they still had a nice red hue. I guess it depends on how important the final color is to you— they are red velvet afterall. Very delicious for sure!
