Cheater Pot Pie
This was good. Like other reviewers, I used 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can of cream of potato. I added some thyme while heating the soups as I found it a bit bland otherwise. Also, I used rotisserie chicken from the prepared food section of the grocery store, which tasted better than canned chicken and was just as easy! Finally, I did pre-bake my biscuits to avoid the sogginess described by others!

Sauteed Curried Corn
I really liked this. I did use less butter (a little less than a quarter cup), frozen corn (not a fan of canned), and some seasoned salt. This was a great side to tacos/burritos!

Thanksgiving Flavored Turkey Burgers
These were so good! A favorite restaurant serves these and these turned out very close! I made some changes; I halved the recipe, did not saute onions and celery, used turkey-flavored stuffing mix, added a dash of sage, and mixed craisins in with the meat/stuffing. Also cooked these on the stove due to the season. They turned out great!
