Holly's Hummus
This is my boyfriend's favorite appetizer. And it is so easy to make. I top it with the mediterranian flavored Feta cheese. We like to serve it with toasted pita bread.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet
Very good base recipe. Good consistancy. I doubled the garlic and replaced the parsley with basil. I also added a little sugar to cut down on the acidity.

Tofu Tacos I
My boyfriend is a vegetarian, I am not. It is hard to find a meal that we can both enjoy. These tacos are great because they are so flavorful I don't even miss "real" tacos.
