VERY YUMMY! Just don't look at it before you put it in the oven! I put a little butter under the porkchop and a little on top. Very juicy and tasty. My husband said it didn't taste like ketchup, more like barbecue sauce. Definitely a keeper.

Succulent Ribeye and Peppers

This recipe was FABULOUS! My husband can be a bit picky about new things, but loved it! VERY JUICY! I used all of the fajita spice packet. I also kept a lid on the entire time I cooked it (about 1.5 hrs.) and it was YUMMY! Definitely a keeper!
