Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men
Added and extra 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger and 1/2 tsp nutmeg and these turned out perfect. Be sure to chill for a couple hours. Used powdered sugar rather then flour to keep the dough from sticking to the rolling pin. These cookies were delicious.

Easy Broccoli Quiche
Made this for a Christmas brunch. I really liked the flavor this recipe called for by cooking the fresh broccoli in the garlic & onion. (I used onion powder - tasted just as good as fresh onion). As other reviewers suggested I used a cheese blend rather than just mozzarella. Will make this again. I'll try adding some sausage and/or mushrooms.

Hawaiian Chicken Salad
I made this Hawaiian Chicken Salad for a bridal shower (bride was getting married in Hawaii). I made it the night before so the flavors blended well together. Everyone commented on how good it was. Will definitely make it again.
