This was my first attempt at making turkey gravy. It was incredibly good! I used the turkey broth from my 11 yr old's first wild turkey, which made it all the better. I had no problems with the recipe as written. Thanks for sharing!

Wow! I am not a turkey breast lovin' girl. Any white meat I have ever eaten has been dry. But this time my husband mentioned using a brine before smoking this year's turkey. WOW! I was amazed. This recipe couple with his superior smoking skills made this turkey incredible. Can't wait to try it on chicken! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Melissa, I'd give you 6 stars if they'd let me! This was just as good, if not better, than our local frozen custard place...and so much cheaper. Next time I'm going to put toasted pecans on top. Thanks for sharing!
