Honey Cashew Green Beans

This is definitely a keeper. I didn't have fresh green beans so used frozen haricots verts. Simple to do but good enough for company.

Apple and Onion Dressing

I used dried cranberries instead of raisins in this and it was great. I served it with Christmas dinner and it was very festive looking.
