To Die For Blueberry Muffins
As is the recipe is 4 stars. If I double the strutsel topping and put some in the middle of the batter and some on top...that makes the muffins to die for!!!

Holiday Chicken Salad
This recipe is good but I keep wanting it sweeter. To get my sweet fix I had 1/2 braeburn/jazz apple (minced) and some green grapes. I keep the onions and green bell peppers in and it is a great combination of flavors and crunch.

Pancakes I
This is the best pancake recipe. I just figured out what the taste reminds me of: funnel cakes!! It is so wonderful. I add powdered sugar and enjoy! I didn't need to tweak it at all.
