Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
I added a lot of seasoning but it was still very plain tasting. However traditionally the dish usually is. I used whole grain brown rice instead of white. It tastes just as good. I would definitely recommend the modifications to this recipe in the popular reviews.

Victoria's Cucumber Salad
Yummy, Probably would be a little better with vinegar, but still pretty yummy.
