Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing
This is probably one of the best carrot cakes I've ever made!!! Very moist and flavourful. The icing was amazing, but it made alot more than I needed. I shredded some white chocolate and sprinkled it on top. Have been asked to make this again for a wedding cake!

Luscious Chicken Pot Pie
This dish was fast and easy to make!! Tasted great!! I added some onion and mushrooms into mine, just for a bit more taste. Mixed in 1/4 cup of ketchup into the chicken as well to add a bit of a kick to it. Will definitely make this again!

Concord Grape Pie III
I followed this recipe to a "t". I found it was way too sour. It was quite time consuming and messy. I made sure that I put the pie on a cookie sheet first and I'm glad I did. The filling ran out all over the place. The smell was amazing, but the taste just didn't cut it!!!
