Baked Brie in Puff Pastry
I made this last night for a wine tasting party but I did add the apricot jam and it was sooooo good. As someone else said I made it all up ahead of time and froze it for 2 hours and then baked for 35 min. and let it sit for 45 min, it was perfect.

Never Enough Green Bean Casserole
This is wonderful, I just made it for Turkey Day but I did the Old English cheese and added salt, pepper and onion powder.

Ham Roulette
I did not like this I had to change it up: #1 = spread cream cheese on ham put a whole pickle at one end and roll up and put in the fridge for a few hours then slice. I also do the cream cheese on the ham then put a green onion on one end and roll up then put in the fridge for a few hours slice and stick with a tooth pick!
