Ham Breakfast Braid
Loved it! I made it just as written with one minor exception: I cubed the ham and added it to the egg/cheese mixture as it cooked on the stove top. I had to make this modification because I didn't have thinly sliced ham, only a hunk of ham left over from a ham dinner. This was really, really good and I think there's lots of ways to change and adapt it to different tastes. Thanks for sharing.

Juicy Roasted Chicken
This was great. I made it exactly as the recipe stated and it turned out wonderfully. For those of you who need to fiddle with a recipe to make it your own, (I'm one myself), there's no need with this recipe. It's perfect as is. Thanks for sharing.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese
Loved it. Made this recipe just as written. And like other reviewers, I was skeptical when I added the macaroni and found my mix to be more like soup than macaroni and cheese. I resisted the urge to add more pasta before cooking it and was happy to find that it came out very well. The cheese gets absorbed while it's cooking. Thanks for sharing. Will keep this one around for years to come.
