Acapulco Margarita Grouper
Amazing. We used some Rockfish that we had frozen, but this sauce would be good on any light fish or even chicken. YUM! YUM! YUM!

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing
Great stuff, and I don't like Greek dressing. I used fresh spices, etc. I've already eaten more salad in the last few days then I did all of last month!

Roasted Rack of Lamb
Great. Can't believe it was so easy. CUT BACK THE SALT. WAY TOO SALTY, and I love salt.
