About this Cook
I am 24 years old, married with 2 children. A 3 yr old girl and 7 month old boy. I used to be a branch manager of a mortgage company and never had the chance to cook. Now I work from home, so I cook all the time.
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking all sorts of different things. I mainly like Middle Eastern food since that is what my Grandmother always made for me. I also enjoy different sweets, I am becoming increasingly good at it.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family are Middle Eastern and there favorite dish has always been stuffed grape leaves. It is a Middle Eastern tradition. I have posted my grandmother's recipe on this website.
My cooking triumphs
Before I started cooking I thought I would hate it. It turns out I love to cook. Sometimes I will cook 2 or 3 times a day. I would say my triumphs have been that people are actually asking for my recipe for foods that I have cooked. It feels great also that my husband and children like to eat my home cooked food more than eating out.
My cooking tragedies
To tell you the truth, I have not had any tradgedies yet and I owe it to this website. I always read the reviews to the recipe before I start that way I can avoid any unneccessary tradgedies that may occur.

Easy Cajun Jambalaya
This was the first time I make Jambalaya and now I love it. Okay for all those bay leaf fans, don't get upset, but I didn't use any. Not because I didn't want to but because I didn't have any on hand. Anyways I used smoked sausage which gave the food an awsome smokey flavor and I used Frank's Red Hot Sauce. This dish was the best. Even my picky 3 yr old ate all her food. We had this for 3 days straight it was soooo good. Thanks for the recipe! Btw, it is good without the bay leaf, I promise!

Mouthwatering Whiskey Grill Glaze
I have been trying to copy the sauce that they make at TGI Friday's and could not until now. You are a genius. Thank you soooo much for this recipe. Steaks and chicken have never been better. I could actually eat this sauce everyday with anything that I make. Job Well Done!

Chicken Scampi II
OMG, you have to try this. I have made this like 5 times now and my husband and 3 yr old love it. Follow the recipe just as it says. I mad some bowtie pasta with alfredo sauce for a side dish and it was the best meal ever. Thank you for this recipe!
