Oven Barbecued Beef Brisket I

This BBQ brisket is so tender and juicy! Very good! To accompany this I make garlic mashed potatoes and rolls.

Pumpkin Bread

This is a scrumptious pumpkin bread recipe! The only thing I do differently is add a 1/2 cup of raisins, which I think are healthy and delicious.

I am always skeptical when it comes to making dinner breads and rolls, but this was a very simple recipe that resulted in wonderful tasty rolls. They remind me of the yeast rolls that you get at Barnhill's or Ryan's. They are so good with honey butter (I just mix real butter with pure honey to taste). Try them, you will love these!

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe

I am from South Mississippi, and we are very influenced by Louisiana and it's cajun cooking. This was a perfect blend of seafood and spices. Exceptional!

Fresh Pear Bread

This pear bread is Delicious! It is so moist and has the perfect blend of spices. My husband is very particular, but when he tasted this he was hooked! This also freezes well and is great to give as a gift.
