I'm 29 and married to my lovely wife Erica. I'm in the US Air Force, and have been in a lil over 10 years. We just had our son Aiden March 3rd 2006! It's so hard to narrow it down, I love to cook A LOT of things. I like making a Cajun Pasta, Crock pot BBQ Country Ribs and Drunk Chicken! Anything in the crockpot and on the grill. Lately it's been bread with my new found friend, the bread maker. Friends and family...After a fun day of getting together with family and old friends and a hard night of partying, I love cooking a big breakfast for everybody in the morning. I'm not a big bean fan, and have never had the desire to make Chili. Our squadron was holding a Chili cook off so I decided to give it a try. First time ever making Chili and I placed Second! My wife and I got married last year (courthouse) and are having the ceremony this year. We're catering it ourselves. Hopefully I'll be filling out the cooking triumphs after this takes place and erasing this block...we'll see!
