I'm a single parent of two daughter's. I love to cook and am actually thinking of going into the restaraunt business. I still have alot to learn about the business but the cooking part, I got it down packed!! My favorite thing to make is asian food...love to make my very own teriyaki sauce...chow mein noodles, fried rice and even eggrolss and filled wontons...but I'm also good at any type of mexican foods, american foods and some italian food too. One of the most remembered tradition is my mothers tamales. Her tamales were never dry. I had the opportunity to make the chile a few years ago for Christmas.
