I enjoyed the chicken very much, although i did follow some of the other reviews and cooked the sauce over the stove with a tablespoon of cornstarch to make it thicker. I then poured the sauce over the chicken and wrapped it tightly in foil so that it would boil the chicken in the sauce to make it more tender. i baked it for about 45 minutes wrapped up tight and then 15 more minutes opened up. This is also ideal if you don't want to make too much of a mess.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

My Brother-in-law and i made this recipe for the first time last week. This was our first attempt on a cheesecake ever. We used an electric oven so our spring form pan was a 22cm and the there was more batter, we had to extend the cook time for another 10-15mins for the center to cook. Unfortunately enough the 6hour cool down in the oven is a must. After the cheesecaked cooled we ran a knife around the edges and covered it with glad wrapped (its easier to store that way) then placed it in the ref for 2 hours to cool before we served it.

Super Easy Doughnuts

This was actually good. i tried reading the reviews but got confused, alot of people said to use 1/2 cup milk and then complained that it was sticky. The recipe calls for around 1/3 cup milk, i followed the recipe and it came out perfect.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

The first time i made this apple pie, i was a bit dissapointed. There didnt seem to be enough sauce, it dried up in the oven, i like being able to bite into a slice and taste apple and sauce. So the second time around i doubled the amount of sauce and mixed in little balls of crust (to take away the excess amount of butter) and it came out perfect! Thank you so much Ople Family!

Very Easy Risotto

i like others, thought that the risotto lacked a bit of taste and it is a very good starting recipe. So i doubled the amount of chicken bouillon granules. This came out to be very good, i ate it with some shrimps and it turned to be a very lovely meal.

Cocoa Quickies

Crumb Topping for Pies

I was a bit hessitant about using that amount of sugar, because my pie is sweet, so i decreased it to 3/4 cup and it came out perfect! it was sweet and simple.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

it was very good, i just made it for dinner and it was very tasty. My husband enjoyed it alot, he was sceptical when i first was decribing it, but after tasting it he was impressed. Though the next time i will marinate it for about a day or so, that way the taste gets to seep into the meat.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

I just finished bakeing the cake, it tastes wonderfull. I didnt have enough oil, so i used melted butter. It very moist and it has that nice chocolaty taste that is not too sweet.
