Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Good recipe. I make something similar only not as healthy! (fried chicken strips!) I tried this recipe and decided to mix the lettuce and celery in 1 tsp of ranch dressing.(cut in strips not diced) added some thin strips of carrots to the lettuce and let marinate about 1/2 an hour while I made the chicken. My hubby added cheddar cheese to his and also added the blue cheese. While not a healthy addition fat wise, I have to admit his was AWESOME!

Candied Garlic Chicken Wings
I was skeptical because of the long cooking time, but these were SO tender! The sauce was great. I didn't have as much honey as I thought I did, so I had to use 1/2 honey and 1/2 molasses. I also used and would recommend low-sodium soy sauce. It was really good that way. My family raved over these! Thanks so much!

Amish Casserole
I tried this recipe because I had everything on hand and it was really cheap. My husband liked it. I thought it was weird. Maybe with 1/2 the brown sugar and a lot more seasoning it would be better. I don't think I will make it again.
