Fettuccine with Garlic Herb Butter
This was delish. Being a meat eater myself, though, I added chicken to the recipe. I cooked the tenderloins for 15 minutes at 350, and then pulled it out of the oven and finished it in a saute pan with the herb butter. Served it also with a basic green salad. Was total yum.

Chocolate Banana Bread
Seeing as how banana has a fairly overpowering taste in baked goods, I used a giant spoonful of peanut butter in lieu of half of the banana called for. It was good.

Dad's Steak Rub
The maple syrup is a bit of a twist on the ol' beeferoo. It crystalized and added a sweet-but-not-too-sweet taste to the meat. I added rosemary to the rub for taste, and its flavor and aroma added that little extra that the dish needed.
