Terrific Turkey Chili
I tweaked this recipe a bit by adding ground chicken instead of the turkey. I also used chicken stock instead of beef stock. Added about half a bottle of Sam Adams Honey Porter beer (have also used the Winter lager in the past) to give it a deeper body. Added chili power (to taste), a can of drained kidney beans and a couple of dashes of Texas Pete. Delicious, easy and better the second day you eat it.

Eileen's Meatloaf
Probably the best meatloaf I've tasted (and I made it!!). I did not put but 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs based on another review. When I took off the foil (per the recipe) I put the following on top: In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon mustard powder. Make sure you drain off the excess fat before you do this. I also put hot & spicy Allegro in the mixture instead of Worcestershire sauce. Delicious.

Artichoke Chicken
This is by far the easiest recipe I have ever tried. Takes about 10 minutes to put together. I followed the recipe to the letter (although I did salt and pepper the chicken before I put the artichoke mixture on). YUMMY! YUMMY! YUMMY! I have forwarded the recipe to friends and family so they can try it too.
