Loving wife and mother of three. I just recently started back to work full-time. I barely had time to cook when I was a stay-at-home mom let alone, now! Anything that is EZ! The less preparation the better! I am super slow when it comes to preparation, so I hate it with a passion! I turned on the oven to preheat it, minutes later the oven starts smoking. Turns out I forgot to take out the plastic serving tray that was on the rack. Way to go!
