This is an excellent recipe. So quick and easy to make. I was worried about the cookies being done because the batter was pretty wet when I took the cookies out of the oven, but as others have commented, the 8 minutes are perfect. Freezing the peanut butter cups was another great suggestion. I didn't have a mini muffin pan, so I used a cookie sheet and the cookies came out just fine. My toughest critics say these are some of the best cookies they've ever had. Looks like I'll have to make some more....
