Peanut Butter Cereal O's

I cooked this dish last night It turned out pretty good. Not the greatest thing, but the kids love it! Very kid friendly and something they could easily help with. I did mine on the stove since I have a small microwave. It was VERY simple and the flavor isn't bad. We added some of the easter candy we had left to the mix at the end. made it pretty interesting and colorful. (we used sixlets and about 7 rolo's) The rolos make for a carmelly surprise when you find one. :)

Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff

I fixed this dish just the other day for the first time. I read the reviews and decided to try it out for myself. The Stroganoff was Great! I added a few more onions than the recipe called for and I also added about a 1/3 cup of sour cream. It was eyeballed so I am not sure of the measurement. Before the sourcream was added I tasted it, and it was good...my husband loves to have the sour cream in his stroganoff so I added it... YUMM YUMM it made it a bit more creamy and yet wasn't too overpowering! Very quick and simple to cook! Great when you are in a hurry!
