Cajun Shrimp Soup
I made this for our "SOUPER" Bowl party -- it was a big hit! I got find the liquid crab and shrimp boil, so I used a mixture of the Old Bay Seasoning and a little water, but I am sure that the real thing would have been super! Thank you

Apple-Onion Pork Chops
I am sorry to say that this was a big disappointment. The apples turned into applesauce, and the vinegar was to prevelant for my taste. Cooking time needs to be cut way back. I would probably put the apples in the last few minutes to keep them recognizable.
