This I think was the best stuffed mushrooms I have ever had. I made them for my family and friends and they all went nuts over them. My Mom hates mushrooms and just loved them. I followed the recipe exactly maybe added a little more cheese. I put it on low when doing the garlic(so it would not burn) and chopped stems. The cayenne did give it a little kick which we all loved. I put the cheese mixture in a zip lock bag and cut the end of bag instead of trying to spoon the mix onto the mushrooms. This was a great soup, my family loved it. I did use more tomato juice and a little less wine and it was perfect. I also added some mushrooms too. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.
