Peppy's Pita Bread
I made these with the intent to make pita chips. I was not disappointed! They were really easy and after using them for a quick lunch sandwich the rest became healthy chips. Yum!

Homemade Plain Yogurt
This is really easy to do and very forgiving. I didn't take the time to make sure the temp was exact and still turned out great. I need to make some more.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers
We no longer make beef burgers in my house because of this recipe! With 3 kids under 3 this is a real crowd pleaser. The texture of the turkey is nicer too... no grisle bits just nice and smooth. Love it.
