Delicious Healthy Strawberry Shake

pretty good for not having icecream or some sort of juice. good if you are limited with your ingredients list. i used agave instead of honey as i had none on hand, and used fresh strawberries instead of frozen and just added ice until it was the right consistency, i also cut the milk to 1 1/2 cups, it wasnt sweet enough for me so i added about 3 tablespoons of white sugar to the whole thing, which wound up being about 26 oz. i'm going to try and find a way to make it more tangy next time.

Poppy Seed Bread I

This was just heaven! my family used to go to a certain restaraunt when visiting our grandparents, and the thing we always looked forward to was the poppyseed bread they gave as an appetizer. THis tastes exactly the same, delicious, and i even had to use a regular glass pan as we didn't have the correct pans, and it still turned out perfect same cook time and everything. But what hit me the most is how simple it is to make it.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

this dish was amazing buti did have some problems, after putting in 2/3rds of the butter the mix separated, it tasted wonderful though, i used pinot grigio, and what a difference it makes. oh, what a wonderful flavor! next time i will use three cheese tortellini, MArvelous, oh and i left out teh artichokes and capers since i dont like them.

Aunt Peg's Chowder

"THE BEST SOUP EVER" i used pinot grigio for the wine as that is the best wine i have ever used to cook, and will ever use, gives it a nice flavor to it, and since i hate having chunk of beans in my soup i pureed the garbanzo beans before adding them, added a nice texture to the soup, more hearty and thick. i served this to my guests and they made it 5 times in one week.

Broccoli Timbales with Lemon Sauce

DELICIOUS! i had to put the brocolli mixture in disposable foil cupcake holders, the sauce was amazing. i used dried dill and used only enough to put enough throughout the sauce to look nice, closer to one tblsp. best served warm i used them as an appetizer and had to refrigerate them, REALLY GOOD!!! my entire family loved them!

Meatloaf Cordon Bleu

OMW!!!! this was the BEST recipe i have ever used! i stuck to the original recipe and rubbed brown sugar on top of the loaf after rolling it, i also used brown sugar smoked ham from the deli to give it a slightly sweet taste, though not too sweet. My mother said it was better than any meal she ever had in any restaraunt AMAZING

This was EXCELLENT, the sauce wasn't bland and the cheese blended just right so that it didn't overpower and ruin the sauce. par excellence!

Way too much BBQ sauce, too overpowering, and i'm one that's known to love to put extra flavor on things, this just had too much, otherwise it was good, has potential once you fix it.

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

This is undoubtedly the best pizza i have ever had, i have made this recipe about 6 times in the past few months and everyone raves about it, i add bacon bits to the pizza and found that a little garlic powder and a red onion are wonderful. DELICIOUS!!! oh and i sometimes sub out the ranch for store bought cheesy alfredo sauce (ragu).

Leftover Oven Barbequed Chicken

INCREDIBLE!!! took all of 15 mintues for me to make this. i was mad when i came home for fried chicken and we had run out of Durkee so i looked up this recipe. mmmmmmm. i'm not partial to vinegar and i didn't have cider vinegar so i used enough white wine vinegar that it wasn't overwhelming, turned out to be around the amount in the recipe. amazing, i'll never have plain fried chicken again.
