Mother of four, married 20 years, stay-at-home mom...love to bake and cook, cross stitching, crochet, painting. Baking is a true enjoyment. Breads, sweet breads, cookies, cakes, pies. We do Thanksgiving at our house. I pride myself on always having a few choices. I usually need to start on Monday, cookies, then cheesecakes and pies and other desserts. Everyone has a favorite thy have come to expect...some 20 relatives. My husbands family's Italian soup..they serve over the holidays and cookies. The first year we did Thanksgiving...I did not take out the gizzard, neck,etc..you could spackle with the mashed potatoes I made that year.
